At First Baptist Church, our mission is all about helping people find hope in God, grow in their faith, and build strong relationships with others. Through our Sunday discipleship ministries, we strive to:
Replace doubts about God with reasons for hope.

Children’s Ministry
"Suffer the little children to come unto me…" – Mark 10:14
Jesus welcomed children with loving arms, and so do we! From infants through 5th grade, our children’s ministry is dedicated to teaching the truths of God’s Word in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment. Our caring teachers and helpers invest time, love, and biblical wisdom into each child, helping them build a strong spiritual foundation.
Sunday School | 9:30am – Age-appropriate Bible classes
Faithbuilders Children’s Church | 10:30am – Begins in main service, dismissed after song service
Master Clubs | 6:00pm – A dynamic program during our evening service
Nursery (Ages 0–3) provided during all services and Sunday School
While parents attend classes and services they can rest knowing their children are in safe, loving hands.
Youth Ministry
Our teens are not just the future—they’re the present! The Youth Ministry at First Baptist is designed to help 6th–12th graders grow in their faith, deepen biblical understanding, develop strong friendships, and find joy in serving Christ.
Bible Study Hour | 9:30am – Dive into the Word together every Sunday morning
Sunday Night Youth Group | 6:00pm – Worship, Bible study, and fun fellowship
Adult Discipleship
Spiritual growth doesn’t stop after youth group! Adults are encouraged to engage in weekly Bible study and worship that deepen their walk with the Lord and connect them with others in the church family.
Adult Bible Study | 9:30am – Join us in the main auditorium prior to the worship service for practical, biblical teaching and discussion.
Evening Service | 6:00pm – For adults not serving in Youth Group or Master Clubs, Pastor teaches a fresh and typically more in-depth Bible lesson than the Sunday morning message.
Family Worship & Midweek Fellowship
Some services are designed for the whole church family to worship, pray, and grow together:
Morning Worship Service | Sundays at 10:30am – A time of corporate worship, biblical preaching, and encouragement for all ages.
Midweek Prayer & Bible Study | Wednesdays at 7:00pm – Recharge your spiritual batteries midweek as we gather to pray for the needs of our church and community and hear a brief, encouraging Bible lesson.
Church-wide Fellowship & Special Events
We believe in growing together not just through study and worship, but through fellowship and fun. Throughout the year, we host regular events tailored to each age group and ministry—children, youth, adults, and seniors—as well as activities for the entire church family. These include:
